Bill Kyser brings 55+ years of experience across four careers: Military Dog Handler, Fire Rescue Paramedic, Technical Rescue Specialist, and Personal Performance Coach. Throughout his work with the U.S. military, first responders, and Fortune 500 companies, he has focused on building fitness, mental resilience, and stress-management programs that improve health, performance, and career longevity.

After serving in the U.S. Air Force in Vietnam as a K9 handler and volunteering with Pararescue teams, Bill continued in civilian rescue as a lifeguard, paramedic, and deep-sea rescue diver. He later created Florida’s first High Elevation Airborne Fire Rescue Team. Following an injury, he transitioned into health and performance coaching, supporting military and first responder communities with specialized training and wellness protocols.

For over 45 years, Bill has also developed corporate wellness programs for major organizations and led executive adventure expeditions. He was named Fitness Institute International’s first Personal Trainer of the Year (1996), founded CLUB 110 Wellness Center (2018), and launched ELITE Training Services Corp (2024) to support veterans and first responders with holistic therapies for PTSD, TBI, and service-related stress.
